Walker was one of the original founding members of the HBCU Network; her experience also includes Vice President of Programming, Original Productions and On-Air Promotions at BET Action Pay-Per-View; VP, Movie Programming at TVN Entertainment; Executive Creative Director for Street Source Marketing and Communications; Executive Producer at BET and part of the producing team that earned the network its first prime time Emmy nomination.
Prior to Earnster, Walker ran See One Media, LLC, in Atlanta where she developed and produced for Turner networks: CNN, HLN, CNN Airport and Accent Health.
Walker is a 2020 candidate for the Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business and Technology degree from the University of Southern California's Iovine and Young Academy. She began her career in cable television as a Director of Programming after graduating from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Roslyn Simpson, mother of three, serves as Earnster Inc.'s Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.
Simpson has more than 25 years of experience in major and principal gifts, where she experienced tremendous success working to build and sustain high-performing fundraising operations. Her collaborative efforts in her leadership has yielded over $750M.
Simpson has supported two $1Billion+ Capital Campaigns in her career. Both efforts were for her alma maters, University of Southern California (’86) and Ohio State University (’02).
Additionally, she served as Associate Vice President for Development at University of Arizona and City of Phoenix.
As a lawyer specializing in Wills, Trusts, Estate and Tax Planning, Simpson's expertise includes all phases of fundraising from diverse stakeholders.
Simpson has been recognized academically and athletically as a scholar-athlete in college, earning All-American honors in Cross Country and Track in Field at USC and participated in the 1984 Olympic Trials in Los Angeles, CA.

Programming since childhood, Jad has vast experience in reverse engineering, data analytics, and all things mobile. He is the technical co-founder of Osurv, a next-generation customer feedback platform with an innovative mobile-first perspective. His previous venture, a real-time analytics platform for the foreclosure industry, sold to a private equity firm in 2013. Jad holds a B.S. in Psychology & a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.

He has served as President of the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and as President of the Georgia Psychological Association. Not only has he been a pioneer for his profession at the state level, he has also been active on the national level. Dr. Carter was the first African American elected President of state leaders for the American Psychological Association.
